Products & Availability
All indoor plants, accessories, and related products displayed on the website are subject to availability. We strive to ensure accurate pictures and descriptions, but natural variations may occur in plant size, colour, leaf shape, etc.
Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed through our secure payment gateways before order confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery

We will ship healthy, well-packed plants. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping partner. Rare Root Plant Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues or natural events beyond our control
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of plants (living, perishable), returns are accepted only for damaged, mis-shipped, or unhealthy plants if reported within 48 hours of delivery via email (rarerootplantco@yahoo.com). After inspection of photos or evidence, we will issue a refund or send a replacement. Shipping costs for returns may be borne by customer unless the error was ours.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Intellectual Property
All content on RareRootPlantCo.com including images, logos, text, design, is the property of Rare Root Plant Co. and may not be used without our express permission.
Limitation of Liability
Rare Root Plant Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the website or the products. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
