Refund & Return Policy

Rare Root Plant Co. wants you to be delighted with your purchase. Because plants are living things, our return and refund policy is designed fairly.

Returns Eligibility

If the plant arrives damaged, wrong, or unhealthy, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the plant and packaging to rarerootplantco@yahoo.com.

Plants that have deteriorated due to care issues after delivery, plants that have been modified, or plants outside the eligibility window are not eligible for return.

Refunds & Replacements

Once we receive your claim and photos, we will assess. If determined valid, we will either send a replacement plant (if available) or refund the purchase price (excluding shipping) to your original payment method. Processing time for refunds is typically 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

If the issue is ours (e.g. wrong item, damage in transit), we’ll cover return shipping costs. If the return is due to change of mind or non-quality issue, you may need to cover cost of shipping.

Cancellations Before Shipping

If you wish to cancel, please contact us before your order is shipped. After shipping, cancellation is not possible.
