Care Guide
Light
Bright, indirect light encourages the most vibrant coloration while protecting the delicate variegated portions of the foliage from scorching.
Water
Allow the top inch or two of soil to dry before watering thoroughly. A chunky, well-draining aroid mix supports healthy roots and consistent growth.
Humidity
Thrives in moderate to high humidity but adapts well to average household conditions.
Temperature
65–85°F (18–29°C). Protect from temperatures below 60°F and avoid cold drafts.
Fertilizer
Feed monthly during spring and summer with a balanced liquid fertilizer diluted to half strength.
Growth Habit
A self-heading Philodendron with broad, colorful foliage that naturally forms a lush, upright specimen without climbing support.
Pet Safety
Not pet safe. Like other Philodendrons, it contains calcium oxalate crystals and should be kept away from pets and young children.
